Chomsky at the 1369

Zac: What'll it be?
Triple: Triple espresso.
Zac: What's up?
Triple: Hearing Chomsky today.
Matt: Oh yeah. His arch-nemesis, William F. Buckley just died. What did
he call Chomsky?
Zac: Gore Vidal called Buckley a crypto-Nazi.
Matt: And Buckley called Vidal a queer.
Triple: What should I ask Chomsky? Any thoughts?
Matt: Ask him why he only ever references himself.
Triple: I don't know. Calling someone self-referential. Next you tell
them they've jumped the shark.
Matt: Maybe.
Triple: I had this great idea once.
Zac: What was that?
Triple: I'm saying that's what he's saying. I only ever had one idea and
I'm going to reference it.
Zac: I thought you were saying you had a great idea once.
Triple: I wish.
Zac: I had this great idea once.
Triple: What was that?
Zac: Drive through strip clubs.
Triple: Now you're talking. Three blocks long.
Zac: You'd have to put the strippers on conveyor belts.
Triple: The work of a moment.

Questions for Naom

Mr Chomsky, Nader split the vote. Is it possible you are overstating the
case?

Mr Chomsky, I sense that you're not a fan of the Bush administration. Do
you see any hope for improvement in the candidates currently on offer?

Mr Chomsky, do you love America?

Mr Chomsky, William F. Buckley took a distinctly anti-Beatles view in
his essay "Yeah, yeah, yeah, they stink." What is your view of the Beatles?

Mr Chomsky, when you debated William F. Buckley on Firing Line in 1969,
he said "If you want me to pursue that digression, I will", and then
tipped you a very suggestive wink. What do you think he meant by that?
