[Writingworkshop] submission attempt

I appreciate that, thanks.
I've been to the site, but am not really actively flogging stuff right now.
This was more because of the length and because Joe recommended it.
A three - four day turnaround time isn't to be sneezed at either.
Compare F&SF's six weeks by regular mail.
